As a Magnet-designated acute care facility practicing Patient-and-Family-Centered Care, Memorial Hospital West, a 304-bed facility of Memorial Healthcare System provides quality services by putting the patient first.
As the largest Obstetrics program in Broward County, our maternity suites offer the utmost in comfort and sophistication. Memorial Cancer Institute provides some of the most sophisticated cancer treatments in the world. Our Cancer Institute includes a Breast Center and Image Recovery Center, Autologous Bone Marrow Transplant, Rapid Arc, and construction is underway on Broward County's newest and most technically sophisticated CyberKnife. We have one of the busiest Adult Emergency Departments in Broward County, as well as a family focused Children's Emergency Department that is affiliated with the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital.

Memorial Hospital West features advanced cardiac programs through our Cardiac and Interventional Radiology Suite which includes emergent and elective Cardiac Catheterization. In addition, the hospital also has a continually expanding scope of services and the latest technology including Intensive/Coronary Care Unites, Level I Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Fitness and Rehabilitation Center, Outpatient Pavilion, Same Day Surgery Center, Three Tesla MRI, 64-Slice CAT Scan, Digital Mammography and around the clock Rapid Response Heart Attack and Brain Attack Teams. Two medical office buildings are conveniently connected to the hospital by a pedestrian bridge.
